The man in this picture, Les, is who Joel and I stayed with while in MN. Him and his wife have a beautiful home in the middle of nowhere. Their family has a tradition of "smashing" each others desserts. At Kristins sisters wedding, Les smashed Kristins wedding cake, so Kristin wanted sweet revenge at her own. We were waiting for almost a half hour for him to get his piece of cake. Joel smashed it and I took the picture. The look on his face is so priceless! He didn't see it coming...
