While we were visiting my parents, we took Elijah to the Zoo for the first time! He LOVED it. The animals seemed to be extra sleepy that day, but we still enjoyed them. The highlight for Elijah was definitely the fish. He was screaming and running to each tank. It was pretty cute! He enjoyed the elephants a lot too...they were the first animals actually doing anything. It was a long day for the kids, but they had a great time (Ella took a catnap in grandpa's arms and on the sun shade of the rented stroller :) ). I have to give almost all the credit to my husband for the pictures! I didn't feel like carrying my camera all day, but I'm glad Joel brought it.
