In the world of foster care, it isn't every day that I get to share the sweet faces of children who were a part of our family, even for just a short time, with the world. But a year ago, I was asked to photograph a very special adoption; the adoption of our first two foster placements. Since the moment we said our goodbyes, I never doubted that this was the perfect home for them. They are so loved and cherished. This family will always have a special place in my heart and it was such an honor to be a part of this day.
