Accents...

So like I said, around here I apparently do not have the Wisconsin accent, or so I'm told. I never really realized that we Wisconsinites have an accent, but when I talk to people back at home I notice how strong of an accent people in WI do have. HOWEVER, no matter how little of a Wisconsin accent I have, I realized that I am starting to pronounce words differently! I guess when you're around people 24/7 you start to pick up on stuff like that. Maybe I wouldn't go as far as saying I have an accent, I don't sound Australian or anything, I just pronounce things different. For example: Today instead of saying Movie as "MOOvie", I caught myself saying "MEWvie". It's so strange!
